living proof

For those of you who believe that I never left Salem, I finally have documentary proof that I live in Mexico.

I offer as Exhibit A a snapshot taken by Vanya at last night's Independence Day celebration in San Patricio.

Yes. That is me. Acting like the poised American that I am. I was using my red handkerchief to lure the fireworks-firing toro in our direction.

Who says I am not culturally sensitive?

Min -- And fun it was.

Anonymous -- Why not? Sometimes, you're the matador; sometimes you're the bull.

Geez, first a photo of Felipe, now you......did I start something by posting photos of me? Just a thought!

Gloria -- Timing is perfect. I am leaving for Oregon on a high note.

DanaJ -- Thank Vanya for that.

Babs -- Madam, I think not. Neither Felipe nor I can rival your photographs. We are mere dandelions to your tulips.

As someone who lives here in Mexico- we can tell that you live here esp. when there are so many similar situations.

glad you have some proof for the non believers though.

As an experienced criminal defence lawyer, you should know that this photo is not sufficient proof that you do currently live in Mexico :) Glad to see you are enjoying Mexico's biggest celebration!

Tulum Living -- Exhibit admitted as a self-authenticating document.

BoBo's Mom -- Objection overruled. See above. (Gee. This works a lot better than my court attempts.) It was great fun.

Leslie Limon -- More will be on the way -- when I return from my visit to Oregon.

I think I have a similar picture of you getting ready to do a Greek dance.

Horst -- I am certain you have plenty of photographs that the readers would love. But not today.

Have a great time in Oregon.. Wonderful time of the year to go!
I lived in Florida for a while, while falling in love w/the sun and fun, gardening, being called "jungle lady".. go figure,
I missed home so badly, I just had to come back..
Made the move two times and here I am in the Midwest.
