catching up

Just a brief note.

I am using a wifi hookup at the local Safeway. I dropped by to pick up a few groceries and decided to make it a full-service trip.

As you can probably guess, I have a new computer. But I do not have adequate wireless connections at the house.

But I wanted to upload some photographs as promised in earlier posts. So, there they are.

I hope to be able to post a bit here and there -- whenever I can get some writing time.

For now, I wish all of you a very Merry Christmas.

Wow, You didn’t waste any time replacing you salinated laptop. What did you end up getting? Are you liking the 40° rain as well as the 85° rain? Can't wait to see you for Christmas. Your lump of coal is wrapped and waiting.

Feliz Navidad Esteban! When do you get back to town? We're heading south again for a visit somewhere during the holidays, maybe we can all get together? Congrats on the new computer!

I'm with Darrel - want details on the new laptop and more on the old - surely that thing couldn't have died in less than a year from salt air?

In any case hope you have a GREAT holiday up there - Man! Darrel went and got you the same thing I did ;-(

So, I want to know. Are you to not burn the coal you got for Christmas, or, if you do burn it, will you have a process set up for CO2 sequestration?

Wow, What treat that photo is! I'm just surfing around aimlessly and I stumble upon this picture you've sent up. The little girl on the left is the daughter of my dear friend in Melaque.
Alexa is her name, and here is a video of her on our beach at the west end in front of the La Costenita:
