construction site

I am in the process of redeveloping this page.  If you see things coming and going, it is just me.  Trying on some new duds.

All comments are welcome.

You know how we guys are when we try to go shopping.

Steve ... if unsure of the results you can create a second non-public test blog. I did to stop the embarrassment of my fiddling

I'm loving the new look so far! :)

Speed bumps, verdad? Too bad your mental topes didn't kick prior to the zipline! Glad you're making progress...thanks for sharing your thoughts...

I wish we had more topes on some of our roads. I know most people don;t like them, but I did.

I suggest a different name. Same Life New Location reeks of something that just popped out of your head at the get-go. A better title is out there, señor.

Well, I like the new look!

I LIKE the background color. I would like to change mine but I'm afraid I would erase the whole darn blog. I'd like to use a photo in the header of Mexico, etc. So work away, make all the mistakes, so you can tell me what NOT to do.

I am just about to do some major retooling myself.
we can laugh at each others mistakes.
The first thing I have done is gotten my own domain.
On blogger is only 10 bucks a year!

Hey Steve - I think you're getting bored in Salem...

I notice that you tag yourself with Villa Obregon - aren't you going inland next??

I think Felipe has it right - especially since it really isn't the same life, is it? Or...

The background color doesn't work for me at all. Sorry.

el jubilado -- Unfortunately, once launched my experimentation was destined to be public.

Leslie -- Thanks. Now, if I could just fix the look of the title.

Charles -- There is no a tope steep enough to keep me off of a zipline platform.

Nita -- I have come to appreciate -- if not love -- topes.

Felipe -- The title had quite a bit of philosophical musing behind it. But I am thinking of some new options.

Debi -- Thanks. A lot.

Babs -- Come to the November Bloggers' Conference. We can talk there.

Todd -- Will you be king of your domain? Or, perhaps, pope.

Sitka and clan -- If anything, I am discovering that my head is now better-suited to retirement, rather than work. In November I will return to the coast -- with a trip to the mountains in the summer. At least, that is my plan.

Adrienne -- In the sense I take my life with me wherever I go, it is the same life. But a new title would be appropriate.

NWexican -- Just like me.

Babs II -- For now, I think the pale brick will remain. But nothing is permanent.

Steve, just as long as I dont say that I am master of my domian, because that will get all the Seinfeld fans thinking inappropriate thoughts.

Sadly, I think I am probably the court jester of my domain.

Todd -- Personally, I find playing the fool has great advantages in life. Almost always, the best seats at dinner parties.

I liked the rich red color. Brown is good, masculine and such. And the jalapenos are nice, too.

Laurie -- The colors shift back and forth -- just like our lives. I will eventually settle on The Look.
