The first get-together was on Isla de Mujeres with Islagringo hosting what turned out to be a fun and learning experience for everyone who could attend. You can see some of the fun here. I missed last year's event because I was in the middle of the Atlantic.
This year should prove to be just as much fun in Merida, Yucatan. Here is the lineup:

- Thursday evening watch the Yucatones at Jazzing Merida

Teresa and Islandgringo -- Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend. I will be in the truck with Jiggs somewhere in Arizona when the festivities are conducted.

have a great weekend! i will be playing out on the snow in the olympics this weekend. should be a lot of fun.
off to my middle school p.e. classes this morning. i really enjoyed the kids yesterday. i'm amazed at how many remembered me from when they were in elementary school and i subbed in their classes. it's always nice to be remembered.
