slow walking the internet highway

The trip to Peru is going well. Unfortunately, it appears I will not be able to share it with you as it is happening.

The internet is a marvelous tool. But, like most things in life, we tend to build our expectations around what it provides when it is at is best.

My internet speed in Barra de Navidad is not spectacular, but it does give me what I need to keep Mexpatriate on line. Unfortunately, Peru has not offered that same service level.

My notebook is filling up with observations. But, until I slip into an internet zone that will allow me to upload text and photographs efficiently, I cannot publish them.
